Terms & Conditions
1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Safe Sha Training Centre (“the Centre”) to individuals or corporate clients (“the Client”). By registering for any course, training program, or consultancy service, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Registration and Payment
- All course registrations must be completed through official channels (website, email, or in person).
- Fees are payable in full prior to the start of the course unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, mobile money (e.g. Juice), cheque, or cash.
- VAT, where applicable, will be charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act of Mauritius.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 5 working days before the course start date to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations received within 5 working days will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refund will be given for no-shows or cancellations made on or after the start date.
- The Centre reserves the right to cancel or postpone any training, in which case the client may opt for a full refund or reschedule.
4. Attendance & Conduct
- Participants must attend all scheduled sessions to receive a certificate of completion.
- The Centre reserves the right to dismiss any participant for inappropriate behaviour or disruption, without a refund.
5. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, slides, and content remain the intellectual property of Safe Sha Training Centre.
- Participants may not copy, reproduce, or distribute training content without written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
- While all care is taken to provide accurate and high-quality content, the Centre is not liable for any direct or indirect damages or loss resulting from the use of its services or materials.
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the course or service in question.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
- Client data is collected for training delivery, certification, and administrative purposes only.
- The Centre adheres to the Data Protection Act 2017 of Mauritius. Personal information will not be shared without consent unless legally required.
8. Force Majeure
The Centre shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government regulations.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mauritian courts.
