Denis Mourghen is a strategic leader in digital transformation and organisational development. He brings strong experience in aligning technology, people, and business strategy to drive sustainable growth and meaningful change.
At Safe Sha, Denis helps shape strategic direction, partnerships, and innovations in learning, ensuring the organisation remains focused on impact, relevance, and future-ready capability building.
Denis holds an MBA in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University and currently serves as General Manager of RAW IT Services Ltd and Group Head of Digital Transformation at Taylor Smith Group, where he leads initiatives focused on aligning technology, people, and business strategy across the organisation.
With over 23 years of experience in the IT industry, Denis has developed deep expertise across enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation programmes. Throughout his career, he has focused on helping organisations strengthen their operational capabilities by integrating technology, effective processes, and empowered teams.
Beyond his corporate leadership responsibilities, Denis contributes as Strategic Advisor to Safe Sha Training Centre, supporting the organisation in shaping its strategic direction and developing learning initiatives that help professionals and organisations adapt, grow, and lead in an evolving digital landscape.
Dr Sameera Chattun Koyratty is an award-winning entrepreneur, international keynote speaker, leadership trainer, and digital transformation advocate from Mauritius with over 18 years of professional experience in business, education, and technology.
She is the CEO and Founder of Safe Sha Training Centre Ltd, committed to empowering individuals, entrepreneurs, and organisations through digital skills, leadership development, and technology-driven learning. Through her work, she has trained and mentored hundreds of entrepreneurs and students, helping them leverage technology to grow their businesses and careers.
Dr Sameera is widely recognized for her contribution to women empowerment, entrepreneurship, and digital education. She serves as the Mauritius Chapter Lead for Women in Tech Africa for over a decade and actively mentors entrepreneurs around the world through global networks and initiatives.
Her professional journey is a powerful example of resilience and determination. Starting her career as a sales representative, she progressively built her expertise in business management and technology before becoming a successful entrepreneur and international leader in training and mentorship.
She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA from the University of Southampton (UK), and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with Business Administration from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
Dr Sameera is regularly invited to speak at international conferences, leadership summits, and entrepreneurship forums, where she shares insights on:
